Introduction

Our powerful affiliate marketing technology can be broken down into eight different modules. You choose the version of Campaign Manager that offers the modules you need, or create your own bespoke version.

Contact Management

Contact Management

Signing up new affiliates to your network has never been simpler thanks to external-facing 'Sign up' pages and internal processes you can manage yourself. Our advanced approval workflow lets you scrutinise candidate details and change their application status accordingly.

You can create multiple 'merchants' within the system to represent and distinguish different divisions within your organisation. And the system stores your partner details including postal address, profiling information, vertical and finance details.

Programme Management

Programme Management

Our intuitive programme management module lets you create your affiliate marketing programme within minutes.

The system lets you configure every aspect of your programme - from the remuneration model and the associated commission tiers, to the cookie duration and the VAT structure. And an approval workflow lets you review new partners' applications, and allows them to access the campaign.

The system also allows you to pay specific partners differing commissions - either individually, by group or by date range. And cash-back sub-ids can be handled using our UID parameter.

Ad Serving

Ad Serving

Once you've created your programme, you can use our Ad Serving module to upload your creative content. The system supports both OMG-hosted and externally hosted content - GIF, JPEG, Flash or HTML creative.

You can dynamically modify hosted content on partner sites - taking care of a sudden interest rate change or a Christmas promotion run for example. You can categorise your content for ease of access and schedule start and end times - seamlessly replacing expired promotions with appropriate content.

Tracking

Once your programme's set up and the content's ready to go, you can integrate OMG tracking onto the relevant post-transaction pages. Do this using pixel tracking, flash cookie tracking, session-based tracking, server-to-server tracking or 302 re-directs. We also have long-standing relationships with 3rd party tracking organisations if you'd prefer to use them.

Once live, our event tracking includes impressions, clicks, unique visitors, leads and sales. You can also use individual item basket tracking and track affiliate-defined parameters and sub-ids. It you want, we have a lifetime cookie implementation to identify cross-sells after the partner's initial activity.

Transaction Management

Transaction Management

You can validate your leads and sales automatically after each transaction or after a given period of time.

If you prefer, you can export the leads for validation within your system and re-import the approved and rejected transactions at the touch of a button - on a line by line basis or in batch.

The system also lets you upload leads and sales tracked outside the system and there's a tool for processing cash-back transaction queries.

Invoicing

Invoicing

Once a given billing period has been completed, we provide a finance module for reviewing performance statistics, processing invoices to merchants and payments to affiliates.

The system lets you issue invoices in your company style and format or export the data into your existing system. Payments to affiliates are automatically merged, allowing you to make payments for multiple programmes in a single transaction.

Affiliates can view their payment status within the login and print self-billing invoices relating to their activity. Payment details can be exported to BACS or DTAUS for upload into the relevant European payment system.

Reporting

Keeping up to date with your programme's performance starts on day one of your campaign. Our reporting system provides essential insight into every aspect of the activity.

Reporting is offered on 3 principle levels: a KPI dashboard view for at-a-glance visibility, 'dice and slice' reports for an overview, and detailed analysis reports showing each individual lead or sale.

Key measurements include impressions, clicks, sales, CTR, CR, EPC, UID, commission to affiliate and cost to merchant. All reports include the ability to export the data either through the interface or as a remote download.

We believe offering your affiliates an efficient, easy to use interface, is critical to the success of your programme. Providing an at-a-glance view of performance is also critical to successful affiliates - so we've developed a customisable dashboard, based on the latest widget technology.

The system also lets you style up your interface to your own brand, using your own domain if you wish.

Your affiliate login provides a wide range of other features including the ability to post latest promotions and affiliate-specific communications.
