Elke has a Masters degree in Spanish and French Translation and Interpreting. Her international studies, internships and work experience have given her a sound knowledge of European cultures.

Within OMG, Elke is responsible for the European Business Development for our unique VisiOne range of technology solutions for Referral and Incentive Marketing, Customer Engagement Solutions, Retention and Acquisition Technology, Affinity and Loyalty Marketing.

After completing a B.Sc in statistics and Masters of Computer Applications, Bharat started his career with Escosoft (an Escorts Software company) as data mining consultant and then moved to eBookers UK as website analyst for close to 2 years and a half. Bharat then joined Deloitte for around 4 months as Financial Analyst but soon joined Dhruv Shringi's founding core team member of Yatra.com.

For over 5 years and a half with Yatra, Bharat has seen everything that a start up goes through, with various roles and finally heading the entire E-Commerce of Yatra.com. Within a short period of time, he took the online business of Yatra from nothing to becoming No 2 travel company in India.

Online travel is a rapidly growing market in India, and with Bharat’s experience OMG is taking advantage of every opportunity. OMG India has become the leading Travel network and is rapidly expanding across AsiaPac.

Rafal is responsible for affiliate business in Poland, developing opportunities for OMG client's operations in Central and Eastern Europe.

Rafal holds a Masters in Social Sciences and has over 15 years of experience in media and the advertising market.

Before joining OMG, Rafal was managing the biggest polish media brokerage & consulting company, CR Media Consulting, and was one of the founders of Ad.Net - the first and the biggest Internet Advertising Network in Poland.

Anthony is responsible for UK Business Development and coordinating the expansion of client activity across territories. Whilst at OMG, Anthony has led the business development of OMG into a Top 3 UK affiliate network, the leading finance network and a fore-runner in the referral and reward marketing space.

Prior to OMG Anthony worked with Cartezia, a digital business incubator and consultancy, where he headed sales for the first mobile in-car navigation system and PwC where he worked in Global Risk Management Solutions.
