Elke Guelpen
Elke GuelpenDevelopment Manager - Western Europe

Elke oversees OMG’s European client programmes while developing new business opportunities. Elke has a Masters degree in Spanish and French Translation and Interpreting. Her international studies, internships and work experience have given her a sound knowledge of European cultures.

Within OMG, Elke is responsible for the European Business Development for OMG’s unique VisiOne range of technology solutions for Referral and Incentive Marketing, Customer Engagement Solutions, Retention and Acquisition Technology, Affinity and Loyalty Marketing.

A native German, Elke speaks fluent English, French, German and Spanish.

LD Sharma
LD SharmaChief International Officer - APAC

As a founder and board Director of OMG India, LD has been instrumental in establishing OMG as the country’s leading affiliate network.

In his role as Chief International Officer for APAC, LD is responsible for developing partnerships as well as growing the affiliate base to deliver successful growth strategies for international corporate clients.

LD comes from a tiny village called Mandhara near Paonta Sahib where he walked 25kms a day for his high school. LD currently lives in Gurgaon (India) with his wife and two kids and loves meditation and reading books.


Rafal Oracz
Rafal OraczBoard Director - OMG Poland

Rafal is responsible for affiliate business in Poland, developing opportunities for OMG client’s operations in Central and Eastern Europe. Rafal holds a Masters in Social Sciences and has over 15 years of experience in media and the advertising market.

Before joining OMG, Rafal was managing the biggest polish media brokerage & consulting company, CR Media Consulting, and was one of the founders of Ad.Net – the first and the biggest Internet Advertising Network in Poland.

Magdalena Czachowska
Magdalena CzachowskaManaging Director - OMG Poland

Magdalena Czachowska is responsible for OMG development, team and operational management. Magda has worked in Performance Marketing since 2006. During her work at Media House ACR (K2 Internet Group), she was responsible for the Affiliate Marketing Department. Magda launched AG on the polish market (she started the first affiliate programs for such Clients as Financial Advisor Expander, Toyota Bank and Provident).

As Affiliate Marketing Director in (polish affiliate network), Magda was responsible for affiliate technology building, the company’s development and new business coordination.

Magda has graduated Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems at Warsaw School of Economics and PhD studies at Leon Kozminski Academy.

Chris Barron
Chris BarronManaging Director - OMG Australia

Chris is Managing Director of OMG’s Australia & New Zealand operations.

With an Honours Degree in Marketing from the University of NSW, Chris has 8 years’ experience in affiliate marketing, working in both the UK and Australia/NZ affiliate industries.

Chris has worked on both publisher and network sides. In 2009 he founded Australia’s only affiliate marketing conference, Affili@SYD which is held annually in Sydney

Flavia Moinhos
Flavia MoinhosCountry Manager - OMG Brazil

Flavia, a native Portuguese speaker, has more than 10 years experience working in communications, 6 of those in online advertising. Focussing on relationships and efficient support to clients and partners and delivering these through technology are a key differntiator for her.

Flavia graduated in Social Communications, post graduated in Business management and technological innovation, and is currently engaged in a Masters in Business Administration. She is speaks fluent English and Spanish. Flavia has considerable experience from some big brands in Brazil, such as Mercedes Benz, Predicta and Terra’s web portal.

Marcio Borlenghi
Marcio BorlenghiLATAM Director

Marcio is a Director of OMG LATAM.

Marcio is highly experienced in strategic planning, performance-driven, an innovative marketer & business architect with deep, integrated multi-channel experience both domestically and internationally.

Marcio has over 12 years experience in Online Marketing, he started off as a publisher and developed very quickly into a network.

He has a doctorate in Business management, an MbA in business administration and a Degree in journalism.

He speaks Italian, Portuguese, Spanish and English.
